This will be an hour long Beginner’s/Foundational Hoopdance class series .  Want to learn how to hoopdance?  Want to lose weight, tone your body, while having fun, laughing and playing outside? Already a hooper, but want to become more grounded in your practice?
Welcome to a new revolution in dance and fitness!!  You will learn how to hoop on your waist, hips and hands while fully articulating your entire body.  You will learn tricks and  off-body moves that willsurprise yourself as well as your friends.  We will be hooping on the great lawn under the trees, outside to the backdrop the gorgeous  Kam 3 beach.
Bring your hoop if you have one, if not, hoops will be provided.  Come dressed in natural fibers, shorts and tank tops are perfect.  The hoop adheres better to skin or natural fibers.  Bring lots of water and a hoopy attitude!!
Classes are $12 per class.  If you would like to buy a class pack– 5-classes for $50..that’s $10 a class!!!
